How to submit a copyright complaint
If you believe material available through Nevaeh Konnect infringes your copyrighted work, send a written notice to the Designated Agent above. Your notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for Nevaeh Konnect to locate it.
- Your name and contact information, including an email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Removal and notice to creators
Nevaeh Konnect may remove or restrict access to material after receiving a valid copyright complaint and may notify the affected creator or account holder.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Agent. A qualifying counter-notification must contain the information required by applicable copyright law. Nevaeh Konnect may restore material after the applicable statutory process unless the complaining party provides notice of a qualifying court action.
Repeat infringement
Nevaeh Konnect may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances and may take action against abuse of the copyright-reporting process.
Creator content protection
Creators retain ownership of their original content. Members may not unlawfully download, copy, screen-record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, remove watermarks from, or circumvent technological protections applied to another creator's content.
