Privacy Policy
Effective September 30, 2026. Nevaeh Konnect is an assumed name (DBA) of Mount Zion International Ministries, a Texas entity. This policy explains the information Mount Zion International Ministries, doing business as Nevaeh Konnect, uses to provide the community, creator, commerce, safety, and support features.
Information we collect
- Account information such as email address, display name, date of birth and adult account type for age eligibility, profile image, and authentication records. Birth dates are used to determine eligibility and support age-based safety requirements, not displayed publicly on creator profiles.
- Free-guide requests: an email address, optional name, the date you requested the guide, and separate records of any optional marketing-email consent you choose to give.
- User-generated content and activity such as posts, livestream participation, creator listings, reports, blocks, and community interactions.
- Commerce and payout information needed to process purchases, creator earnings, refunds, disputes, and payouts.
- Support, moderation, and account-deletion requests.
- Technical and security information needed to maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
Data minimization and privacy by default
Nevaeh Konnect is designed to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the feature a creator chooses to use. We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal data, build advertising profiles, collect contacts from a creator’s device, collect precise location, or use device fingerprinting for marketing.
Profile-view identity sharing is off by default. Profile views may be counted for creator analytics without identifying the viewer unless that viewer affirmatively enables identity sharing.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, provide requested features, deliver creator content, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce community rules, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
When you request our free digital-product guide, we save your email address to record the request and provide access to the download. A separate marketing checkbox is optional, starts unchecked, and is not required to receive the guide. Only people who affirmatively select it may be contacted with creator tips, news, and offers. You can withdraw permission or request removal through Support. We do not treat a free-guide signup as consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Nevaeh Konnect may use service providers for hosting, authentication infrastructure, livestream delivery, payments, payouts, and related operational services. Stripe and PayPal may independently process payment or payout information under their own privacy terms.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can permanently delete their account from Account settings. Users who cannot access the app can submit a deletion request from the public Delete Account page. Associated personal data is deleted or de-identified, except for limited records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, payment, or regulatory reasons.
Data sharing and sale
Nevaeh Konnect does not sell personal data to advertisers. Information is shared only as needed to provide the service, process transactions, protect users, comply with law, or with the user’s direction.
Your choices
You can sign out, block users, report content, request support, and delete your account using the controls inside Nevaeh Konnect.
