Who may use Nevaeh Konnect

Nevaeh Konnect is currently intended for adults age 18 and older. Users must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

Content and conduct that are not allowed

• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit services, or sexual exploitation.
• Threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, hate speech, or violent extremism.
• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive practices, or spam.
• Requiring, soliciting, or telling a user that they must pay money, coins, gifts, or any other thing of value in order to receive a prophecy, prophetic word, spiritual revelation, or promised spiritual outcome. This conduct will result in permanent account termination from Nevaeh Konnect.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Sale or promotion of prohibited, illegal, dangerous, or age-restricted goods or services.
• Content that exposes private information or attempts to compromise another user’s account or safety.

Adult and Sexually Explicit Content Prohibited

Nevaeh Konnect strictly prohibits adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or obscene content on the platform. Users may not upload, post, stream, sell, promote, distribute, request, or otherwise make available nudity, pornography, sexual services, sexually explicit material, or content intended primarily for sexual gratification.

This prohibition applies to posts, images, videos, livestreams, profile content, communities, messages, Creator Store products, digital downloads, and any other content or services offered through Nevaeh Konnect.

Content or accounts that violate this policy may be removed, suspended, or permanently terminated. Nevaeh Konnect reserves the right to withhold or forfeit funds where permitted by applicable law and the platform's Creator Terms. Illegal content will be reported to appropriate authorities when required by law.

Child protection: CSAM and CSAE strictly prohibited

Nevaeh Konnect explicitly and strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) in every form. No user may create, upload, request, solicit, possess or distribute through the platform, sell, promote, exchange, livestream, or facilitate CSAM or CSAE, including grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or attempts to exploit children.

This zero-tolerance prohibition applies to all posts, profiles, images, videos, messages, livestreams, communities, Creator Store products, digital downloads, AI-generated content, gifts, and all other features. Suspected violations may result in immediate removal, suspension or permanent account termination, preservation of relevant evidence where lawful, and reports to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. Users should report suspected violations through the Safety Center or Support.

Creator tips and support disclaimer

Before confirming a creator support or tip payment, users must be shown this disclaimer: “By clicking support /tip, you agree to tip the creator for linked content.” Tips do not purchase prohibited content or services and do not override the Acceptable Use Policy.

Moderation and enforcement

Users can report content or accounts and block other users. Nevaeh Konnect may remove content, disable monetization, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts. Telling users they must pay for a prophecy is grounds for permanent removal from the platform. Serious violations can result in immediate action. Nevaeh Konnect uses progressive enforcement when appropriate and may escalate consequences when violations continue.

Repeat-violator policy

A repeat violator is an account that commits multiple violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, the Community Guidelines, Creator Terms, or other Nevaeh Konnect platform rules, including violations that occur after a warning, content removal, feature restriction, monetization restriction, or suspension. Nevaeh Konnect may escalate enforcement for repeat violations by removing content, limiting posting, livestreaming, messaging, commerce, or monetization features, suspending the account, or permanently terminating the account.

Patterns of substantially similar misconduct across multiple posts, transactions, livestreams, messages, products, communities, or related accounts may be treated as repeat violations. Attempts to evade enforcement by creating or using another account may result in enforcement against related accounts. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without a prior warning. Where appropriate, users may contact Support to appeal an enforcement action.

Creator content and rights

You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant Nevaeh Konnect permission to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You must have the rights necessary to upload or sell anything you publish.

Commerce and payouts

Eligible paid digital uploads use a Creator 85% / Nevaeh Konnect 15% split of net revenue after applicable payment-processing fees. Eligible coin-funded creator gifts use a Creator 60% / Nevaeh Konnect 40% split. Creator earnings may begin accumulating immediately, but a creator is not eligible to receive a payout until the creator account has completed its first 30 days on Nevaeh Konnect and remains active and in good standing. No payout request will be released during that initial 30-day eligibility period. After the 30-day requirement is satisfied, otherwise eligible payouts follow the platform payout schedule and applicable payment-provider requirements. Payment and payout availability can vary by platform, country, payment provider, and app-store rules. Nevaeh Konnect may disable a transaction or monetization feature when required for legal, payment-provider, or app-store compliance.

Movie Studio AI processing fees

Creator membership remains free. The Long-Form AI Movie Studio is an optional paid creation tool because each generated scene uses third-party AI video-processing resources. Before generation begins, Nevaeh Konnect shows the creator the estimated AI generation cost, the Nevaeh Konnect Movie Studio processing/service fee, and the total Movie Credits required. The current Movie Studio processing/service fee is 50% of the underlying AI generation cost. The creator must affirmatively acknowledge the disclosure before purchasing Movie Credits or starting a generation. Movie Credits are deducted only when a scene-generation request starts, and eligible credits are automatically returned when the corresponding AI scene fails before completion. Nevaeh Konnect may update Movie Studio pricing or the processing fee prospectively; a material change will require a new disclosure and acknowledgement before further use.

Safety reports and appeals

Use the in-app Safety Center to report objectionable content, users, intellectual-property concerns, or other violations. Use Support if you believe an enforcement action was made in error.

Changes to these terms

When material terms change, Nevaeh Konnect may require users to review and accept the updated version before publishing new user-generated content.
